We gladly accept PayPal, POSB / DBS Fund Transfers and personal checks. Items paid by personal check will be held until the payment clears . This takes up to max 14 business days. Items paid by Fund transfer to POSB / DBS & PayPal will ship as soon as the payment is received.

Should a personal check not clear you will be responsible for all fees charged by the bank up to the limit allowed by Singapore law. All dishonored checks will be turned over to a collection agency.

We welcome personal checks from Singapore customers only provided they are drawn on Singapore dollar accounts. We cannot accept checks not in SGD funds, as our bank will not accept them.

We ship strictly via SINGPOST. We require insurance and delivery confirmation on all packages, and this is included in the shipping cost. All Packages to International Destinations will have a customs declaration attached, and the purchase cost of the items enclosed will be the declared value. We WILL NOT declare any foreign shipments to be gifts - please do not ask us to do so.

RETURN / REFUND:

There's NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for Sale items and packages posted by Normal Mail. ONLY Misrepresented items and those posted by Registered Mail which are Lost / Stolen or Damaged during delivery Shall be replaced / refunded less Shipping / Handling Costs. Damaged items must be returned in its Original packaging within 7 days from original date of receipt. Provided the item is in new unused condition we will refund the purchase price only. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. You are responsible for all costs to return any item(s) to us. All shipping costs shall be at buyer's expense.

If you do not follow these instructions we will not issue any refund. If an item is damaged in transit please let us know so we may assist you with the insurance claim.

Sale and/or clearance items may not be returned under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
